We are delighted to announce that we have been awarded Museum Accreditation; an important next step for the museum and just reward for all the hard work that has been put in to achieve it.

The award recognises that our processes and practice in object care are of museum standard so much credit goes to Rowena Haigh our Collections Officer in the key role and trustee Bryce Kennedy for his hard work with documentation. For the future, this will enable us to borrow and loan objects between other accredited museums and apply for a larger range of grant funding opportunities.
