Elena Lewendon and Paul Botje, Frogmore Paper Mill’s CEO and interim General Manager, were delighted to be invited to the Confederation of Paper Industries, biennial conference at The Belfry Hotel and Resort Centre in Sutton Coldfield, on Tuesday 28th June.
At the event, the CPI Director General Andrew Large, opened a photography exhibition to mark the organisations 150th Anniversary. The exhibition, which will go on tour, includes images sourced from the Apsley Paper Trail archive and reflects on the paper industry’s past, while also capturing the industry at work today.
In addition, Andrew presented a cheque to the Apsley Paper Trail for £4,500, towards the restoration of the Frogmore Visitor Centre, which was very gratefully received. Thank you CPI!
